We, Mitra Cipta Karya Teknik, provide professional rotor balancing services at an affordable cost. Rotor balancing is carried out with the aim of knowing the characteristics of the vibration signal before and after balancing and comparing the vibration signal between before and after the balancing process. This research uses a set of Machine Fault Simulator (MFS) tests. We provide balancing services for dynamic balancing machines, which are supported by Machine Balancing Technology capable of measuring Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators Rotors, Machine Tools, AC/DC Armature, Drum Rollers, Colling Fans, Flywheels, Flange Balancing, Pump Impellers, Crankshafts, Gear, Compressor Rotor, Grinding Wheels, Cutting Wheels, Groove Roll, Baskets Drum, Turbocharger, Alternator, Centrifugal Fan, Compressor Screw, Compressor Blades, Bottom Tray, Disc Clutch, Brake Rotors, Induction Armatures, Gear Wheels, Grinding Discs, Pulley, Spindles, Crusher Rotors, Milling Discs and Textile Rotors. We are supported by professional and experienced experts in their fields.
Balancing services that are usually carried out at the Workshop are due to several reasons, such as:
- The equipment to be used is not on site and because if the unit you want to balance has a large enough size and weight, it is not recommended for on-site balancing.
- WorkShop Balancing Operational Costs are cheaper, such as start/stop equipment or equipment used for balancing requires a very large amount of power and if done via On-Site will consume power that must be supplied/borne by the user.
- Equipped with crane facilities provided by our workshop, and units that want to be balanced can be mobilized from site to our workshop (more detailed information can be communicated with our Sales & Engineer Team first).
